As shown in the basic settings, follow these steps:
1.Set your copy to SIGN and go the correspondent tab. 2.Toogle the PDF/A checkbox and we recommend to choose the "3B" model. 3.Toogle the METADATA checkbox and point to the XLSX/XLS/CSV file with all data (click on the INFO button to details). Warning: the limit of METADATA fields is 25 (twenty five) due to page limits and performance.
4.We recommend also to put a digital signature for complete CONFORMANCE on most of long-term PDF files. 5.Press PREVIEW (TEST).

Once your settings are OK, SAVE them and press PROCESS BUNDLE to start.
