As shown in the basic settings, follow these steps:
1.Protect a PDF ensures that document is encrypted and some actions are restricted (or not), even without any defined password. 2.In this sample, we show how to set an EXPIRATION DATE to PDF. Warning: This control is Javascript-based and can be bypassed by expert people - use it as a kind of recommendation, not as unbreakable protection.
3.Check the PROTECT check-box in the initial tab (SETUP). 4.Check the EXPIRATION DATE check-box and indicate the final date.
